3. Payments and Billing

• Booking Fees: A non-refundable advance payment may be required to secure production dates or commence marketing services.
• Invoicing: Payments must be made according to the schedule specified in your invoice.
• Late Payments: We reserve the right to pause services or withhold deliverables if payments are not made within the agreed timeframe.

4. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise agreed in writing:

• Agun Medias retains ownership of all "raw" footage, project files, and proprietary strategies created during the production process.
• Upon full payment, the client is granted a license to use the final deliverables for the intended purposes outlined in the project scope.

5. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for providing necessary brand assets, information, and timely feedback. Delays in client communication or asset delivery may result in adjusted project timelines. Agun Medias is not liable for project delays caused by client inaction.

6. Revisions and Feedback

Our standard packages typically include a specific number of revision rounds. Any additional revisions beyond the agreed scope will be subject to additional charges at our standard hourly or per-project rate.

7. Termination

Either party may terminate a service agreement with written notice. In the event of termination, the client is responsible for paying for all work completed up to the termination date, including any non-cancelable third-party costs incurred by Agun Medias.

8. Limitation of Liability

Agun Medias shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our services or deliverables, including but not limited to loss of profits or business interruption.
